ArmInfo. The Investigative Committee of Armenia initiated a criminal case on the fact of the  actions of the police in Kirantsi. This was stated by the coordinator  of the "Hayakwe" initiative, Avetik Chalabyan, on May 16 during a  conversation with journalists. He said that a criminal case was  initiated under 2 articles - abuse of official power and obstruction  of the activities of the media.

ArmInfo.One of the activists who blocked the Yerevan-Meghri highway and, according to investigators,  used violence against a police officer, was detained.

ArmInfo.The Department for Investigation of Serious Crimes of the Yerevan City Administration of  the Investigative Committee of Armenia has opened a criminal case on the fact of hooliganism against a member the dominant faction of the RA National Assembly.

Accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), two people were  transported from Nagorno-Karabakh to Armenia on March 29.  As  ICRC Armenia Office Communications Program Manager Zara Amatuni  told the Armenian media representatives, since October last year, more than 50  people have been transferred to Armenia with the help of the ICRC, and emphasized that the Organization assists in transferred solely at the request of the citizens.

ArmInfo.The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction granted the petition of the Armenian investigative authorities to arrest the host of the "Imnemimi" podcast, Vazgen Saghatelyan. His lawyer Arsen Babayan told reporters on March 23.

ArmInfo.The European Union has allocated another 15 million euros to help those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact.  Spokesperson of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, Gor Abrahamyan, told ArmInfo, in response to the request to comment on the media reports about Vyacheslav Ponomarev, the deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs representation in Armenia, being found dead at his workplace.
